What do I tell the hair stylist for this look?

Q. http://www.vfashiontrends.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Latest-women-Indie-Hairstyles-2011.jpg
I want my hair to look like this but I have blonde hair right now. What do I tell the hairstylist I want?

A. A hairstylists favorite customer is the one who prints out an actual picture of the exact thing they want and brings it to the salon. This rules out any confusion and makes it super easy for the stylist to invision what you want... because well she doesn't have too!

How is this hair fixed and cut?
Q. http://www.stylishhairstyles.net/women-hairstyles/cute-teen-girls-hairstyles-2011-2.jpg

So I found this hairstyle on the web and I thought is a somewhat cute hair cut...so how Is the hair styled and cut?
And what color is the hair?

A. Long hair with face framing layers. She also has a side fringe/bangs. The colour seems like dark brown almost black. You could probably just blowdry your hair to this look, nothing special

How can i get natural kinky hair to stay straight ?
Q. Usin relaxers and texturizers are not an option, so if u can tell me ways without these it would be great help. my hair looks like this after washing it: http://www.black-women-beauty-central.com/image-files/kinky-black-hair-type.jpg

Is there any way to make it stay straight like this:

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ANSWERS , BTW IM GOING TO A THANKSGIVING DINNER IN 2 DAYS SO I NEED HELP FAST!!!!! THANKS(:

A. A good quality hair straightener would be a first step. I have a Chi that I got for free, they're usually around one hundred bucks. But just because a flat iron is expensive doesn't mean it's good. Look for one with heat settings, so you'll know it gets hot enough. First, use a spray heat protectant so you don't damage your hair. You can buy them at Target or Walmart. Then, clip your top layers up, and just straighten the bottom layers first. This ensures that you will get each chunk of hair straight. Hairspray is key! Use as much as you need. Then do your top layers, and use hairspray again. A tiny bit of holding mousse or gel and you should be good!

How would you describe this cut to your hairstylist?
Q. I don't know much about hair so I never know how to explain these things. I'm bringing in the picture, but I figured explaining it to her would be helpful as well.
This is what I want-
