Looking for a new hairstyle, but can't find the photo I'm looking for.?

Q. Alright, this may seem very dumb, but there's a girl on Teen Mom 2, Megan Nelson (Chelsea's friend) and I really like her haircut, but I don't really know what to search for and can't find many pictures. Can anyone find some? Or a similar hairstyle? With links, please! Thanks in advance! :)

What is a good hairstyle?
Q. My current hairstyle is a short side bang (bangs pushed to the side just where the eyebrows are) and my hair at the back is half way down my back.
I want a new haircut, but what should I tell the hairstylist my choice? I want to keep the side bangs, but can anyone help me decide a good length for the back side of my hair? Help please! I want it to look cute ^-^"

NEW HAIRSTYLE FOR LONG FACE?
Q. I've been tying my hair up for sometime now. I've tried different styles of ponytail. Can u please suggest a good style of haircut for kinda long face? I don't think i look good with my hair down. My face looks longer u know. I'm realy tired of keeping my hair tied al the time.
